My sisters tease me that I sort of have old lady taste. When I think about how much I enjoy looking at these images from the Thibaut website, I can sort of see what they're saying. But maybe I'd say it's Granny Chic, not just "Old Lady."
Disclaimer: You have to sort of take these rooms for what they're worth. They are decorated/staged to present the fabrics and papers, and aren't really meant to showcase a decorator's creativity. But I still like to look at the images to draw inspiration.
Thibaut has one of the most beautiful websites around; I too find the pictures to be very inspirational!
ReplyDeleteSo many gorgeous wallpapers - what a stunning post! I just found your blog and had to add you to our blog list - beautiful! Tracey xx

ReplyDeleteI have a Thibaut bamboo trellis in my guest bathroom and I love it. I would definitely call this Granny Chic, nothing old lady about it!

ReplyDeleteLove how the painted bookcase contrasts with the wallpaper in the first photo.

ReplyDeleteMy favorite is the kitchen...would never have thought to use that wall paper in a kitchen but all together it looks beautiful.
