A Floor Lamp with Style

I'm in the market for a fun and somewhat funky floor lamp:

These aren't nearly as cool as the ones above, but the price is right (less than $100 each). With a little DIY spirit and a can of spray paint, they could be almost as cool...

    My sister bought the target lamp - we switched the red shade out for linen - just worked better for her room - but I thought the lamp was nice quality for the price.

    I REALLY love that little tiffany blue number, though!

    i love that red one! but those chiconomy ones can be painted any color you want and so can the shade. funkify it to your own needs.

    Love the lamps! I agree a can of spray paint would definitely do the trick. Have you checked craigslist? I've seen some awesome lamps on our craigslist at great prices.

    Love that Lamps Plus base but I think the shade could be more fun. Are you near a HomeGoods store? They have interesting lamps... or a lamp you could buy just to swap out the shade with one of those cool bases you show.

    I was going to suggest that Target lamp. You're right a little spray paint and maybe a new shade and you've got a great lamp on your hands!

    got this lamp for $30-$40 on clearance at lowes. had to spray paint and recover the shade (looking back i would have just bought a new drum shade!).

    My Mum has this one from Ikea and it is divine! Sorry I couldn't find a pic with a shade, but for $25, you can use your imagination.

    If you can find a Kirkland's in your area, try there. They have a good selection of fun and classy lamps, with decent prices.
