At a Michael's Near You...

Check out these adorable office supplies, courtesy of the dollar bins at Michael's...


Trellis, zebra stripes, houndstooth and stylized mums. Nice!


I picked up some file folders and a couple notebooks, but there were also acrylic stamps that would make really cute paper weights, ribbon, giant paper clips, metal tins, blank notecards, notepads, magnetic weekly calendars for your fridge, etc.


I also picked up these napkins from the dollar bins. They're technically Christmas napkins, but I think they would be adorable any time of the year for a bright and cheerful birthday party a la Kate Spade.

    I start to shake when I go near Michaels- It is the waft of faux potpourri and those cheap dollar bins that lure me hook, line and paper.

    Did you see the sunburst mirrors in the xmas aisle? I got a gorgeous one for under $80 yesterday and am posting this week on where I put it. I walked in an could not believe this was in Michael's. There are great accessories in pewter, silver, and gold to accessorize-trays, candlesticks, etc.

    And I was there Sunday!! Arg! In the midst of the 426 people in Michaels, I missed the dollar bins alltogether! I must go back now...such a sucked for cute paper products & office supplies!

    I've been stalking the deal bins there for office supplies too. Our head of HR thinks we're freaks because I bought everyone at my office location has monogrammed notepads. hahah
