You can start your own collection by stalking eBay with this search. There are lots of inexpensive options, if you're willing to be patient.

But if you're willing to front a little bit of an investment, I'd spring for this collection. The colors are STUNNING.

That is a beautiful collection - I love the grouping. I'm painfully resisting going to ebay right at this moment! :-)
ReplyDeleteThose colorful buttons are gorgeous! Check out what I did with some vintage buttons:

You must visit Tender Buttons when you come to NY~
ReplyDeleteThis idea of framing them certainly pushes my buttons.

These are beautiful. I love groupings, especially of items that are so simple and taken for granted by most. I may have to clean out my shoebox full of buttons and create one of my own.
ReplyDeleteAs Gussy the sewer girl I think I NEED to do an ebay search :)

Those buttons make such a lovely collection! That's such a great, inexpensive design idea, because I have so many spare buttons lying around that, let's face it, I'm never going to use.
ReplyDeletethese are great!
ReplyDeleteI just have to say...that I just stumbled upon your website here while searching for 'closet design' and WOW!..what an amazing site. I am all for recycling and not wasting. I love your ideas and hope to get lots of use from them. Great photos also. Thanks a lot.
