Reader DIY: Faux Snakeskin Console Table

Emily submitted this genius DIY recently that I just can't get out of my mind.


She wrapped a cheapie plastic shelving unit with quilting weight cotton fabric and covered the whole thing with mod podge. I love the snakeskin pattern she used! It looks amazing with the other colors and patterns in her space.

    Big thanks for posting my project Jenny! I hope your readers love it. :) Also, to answer the question about the pillow, it's a Kelly Wearstler fabric called Bengal Bazaar. Etsy is a good place to find it. Also, I dug around and found a few more snakeskin fabrics and included them in my original post. Hope that helps!

    I saw same table like this but different designs 2 days ago at the shopping mall.I think choosing appropriate design will make a difference and turns out gorgeous like this.
